Videos don't play on Xfinity's website

Why can't I play any of the videos offered on the xfinity website? I use Chrome and they automatically upgrade the Flash Player so what can I do on my end so that I can play these videos?

See if disabling any AdBlocker extensions helps in viewing the videos.   After disabling the extension, close the browser and then reopen it.
