I keep getting the below message, and I have been for a few months. I want to be able to change and alter my services (honestly, to add stuff) online, and it is proving to be IMPOSSIBLE! I do not want to have to call comcast everytime I want to add a service. I am logged in as the primary account holder. I've double checked this several times...PLEASE HELP! i'm extremely frustrated with this!
