Unable to access billing online

Hello, I'm well aware what my issue is, and have called in numerous times, but none of the customer support representatives in the call center have been able to fix it.

 

I must have my online account linked to multiple addresses. It is a problem I see all over this forum, with identical descriptions as my issue. And I have told several CSR's in the call center exactly what the problem is. None of them can fix the issue.

 

Please, can someone fix my problem. I have been unable to access my online account billing for 8 months. All links to check account balance, pay my bill, view account settings, etc routes me directly to account preferences.

 

I would also like to add paper billing because I do not trust Comcast any longer to get my bill any other way. I've already requested paper billing over the telephone at least 2 months ago, but still haven't received any paper bills.

Hi wingzero54 -- I can help with that sign in issue. I reviewed your user ID and you are correct that it was linked to multiple accounts. I have removed those previous account and linked it with your current account only. Can you sign in to see if it is signing in correctly now?

Thank you for your assistance, Zach. It looks like I now have access to the online account. However, it shows that I do not have active service. So my internet plan is still not connected to my online account.

Thank you for checking. I did an account refresh to correct that issue. Can you see if it shows Active now?

Zach,

 

I am having the same exact issue. Can you please address this for me as well?

 

Two accounts, so it just keeps directing me to the overview screen on the old platform. I've been trying to change the account that you guys draw from for months.

Hi thudso52 -- I can help with your login issue too. I've removed your user ID from your previous account and linked it with your current account. Can you sign in now to see if it pulls up correctly?
