Sorry to make another thread on this, but I am also experiencing the issue where I get an error when I try to go to Billing within My Account ("A communication error has occurred."). I've tried multiple computers/networks/the app/clearing cache/etc. Based on looking at other threads, I'm guessing it might be because my email is associated with a past/closed account, but I'm not sure.
I'm unable to PM any of the reps that have been helping people out with this issue, hence the new thread. Could anyone please give me a hand with this? Thank you!
