I am trying to set up TWO residential accounts under one log in. Spoke with another Rep and she said it was done and was not. Removed one account! I would like to access BOTH accounts from one login. It is easier! I have two houses!
I tried getting them to do this about six months ago and the only thing that happens is they muck up one of the accounts and delete the service, like they probably did with you. I doubt they are reading any of this. It is pretty easy to do if you don't already have two online accounts. But if both have already been setup then their "wizard" web site developers cannot figure out how to handle it. It is why they will not allow from two different online accounts the use of the same cell number for text messaging of issues. If you think having two separate accounts is bad, try managing three.
If this gets fixed, which I hope it does, or you finally get in touch with someone who corrects the situation, please post it. I will be watching.
