Trouble paying bill online

I just tried to pay my bill online, but after I submitted it, I got this message:  Received an invalid response from backend service (SH500.6)

 

Needless to say, I'm not going to try to resumit this until I'm sure the first attempt didn't post to my bank account before the error...I can't afford to pay twice!   I'm unable to call now - I cant be tied to the phone today. Just wanted to report this and hope someone can look into this error.

Hello all,

 

If you are getting an SH500.6 error message, please try to use a different browser. Also, please make sure you don't put any spaces when entering the card number or bank account information.

I have been trying for 7 days to pay my bill online. Customer Service promised problem would be fixed 3 days ago. Now they want to process the payment for me but by adding another charge for them to take care of. I have tried different browsers and computers and cell phones still no luck...anyone else have any suggestions.

Cleared your browser cache recently?

Tried a different browser?

Hi 3170LAGATL, have you tried the steps that service expert Again suggested? What error message are you getting when you try to pay your bill online?
