Service restoration page doesn't work

Service restoration page doesn't work

So, I forgot to pay my 'net bill and got this lovely page. I actually do like this system and it has worked well in the past for me, but presently it doesn't seem to do anything.

 

 

 

My phone number is entered there, but as noted the page doesn't seem to update or work. The account number section isn't even selectable/useable; you can click on it but it's unresponsive and remains grey.

This was consistant across 3 browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

 

Tried talking to a rep, but the reps you get wouldn't deal with this and don't seem to have anywhere to route information to. Got a nice package update from that chat though. In any case, wasn't really sure where else to put this; just wanted to get the information out there.
