Comcast Joe... the website needs some serious attention. Cannot pay bills online, cannot view bill details - makes you sign in again and then returns you to the same html page....and sign in again... and again and still no details. I understand that you are afraid of us seeing these details this month - but really?
You guys are to big to be having these issues.
Please do something about it as we do not get mailes copies of our bills anymore.
Are you signed in with the Primary Username and password? I will ask an Administrator to review your thread. Watch for a reply plase.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post. Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version? Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.) Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache? Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X Details of the problem you are having.
