Your new website "update" is the most aggravating I've seen.

 

EVERYTHING opens into a new page and uses Flash???? What the...!!  Get with the times..

Agreed, it provides no value to a lot of customers, including me.  Just choose another page that suits you.  There are literally millions of them out there;  one's sure to be more palatable to you.

Maybe Tom K should do some QA before unleashing such a piece of junk on his customers.

 

It's slow. It's not intuitive. Most of the links I tried today ended up in some happy-talk page tauting Xfinity features.

 

Tom K should try to set up call screening on his Xfinity home phone. Maybe it will work for him.
