Linked to two accounts?

Linked to two accounts?

It appears I have two accounts, however I only ever opened one. One of the accounts lists no active service and I would like this account disabled or deleted. I only need the one which shows active service and matches the account number on my bill. Is there a way for me to do this on my own, or is this something Comcast will have to handle for me?
