On an interesting note when you do go to http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/shop/productoverview.html and are signed in and using Firefox it gives you a price for Blast Plus at $49.99 per month for 6 months and if you are using Google Chrome or Safari the price for Blast Plus is $69.99 per month for 12 months.
Why does Comcast make this so hard? Yes, I know I could call and will have to end up calling. I just hate all the over the top phone scriptis that all the phone reps have to go thru each time you have to call.
Comcast need to have the ability for existing subscribers to add or remove any types or service as well as see pricing for the servies available on the web site.
If their web site is not sophisticted enoght to handle upgrade/dowgrade then at lest have the prices for internet only.
Didn't the link posted work for you? It took me to a page where I was supposed to sign in> Here is just a screenshot of the top of that page.
I do agree with you that Comcast needs to make access to what you are looking for much easier.
