I had recently moved addressed, when doing so, I was provided a new Comcast account number which was linked to my existing account. Now, when viewing my linked accounts, I have a main account with no service (at my old address) and a secondary account at my current address with service.

This is causing issues for being able to utilize the online functions of the Xfinity website (view/upgrade service). I have tried contacting customer support to resolve the issue but the issue still persists.

How can I remove my inactive account from my old address and merge my active account to my main account?

Thank you!

Hi kuzos -- I can fix that sign in issue. I've removed your user ID from your previous account and linked it with your current only. Can you sign in to see if it signs in correctly now?

I have ran into the same issue as well. I moved locations and my old address is listed as the "main" account without service. My new address is a linked account with service. This is has been causing issues as I can not access serval of the services on Xfinity's website such as account info or upgrade service offerings for my address.

Additionally I have tried contact customer support where it has been indicated that a support ticket has been raised to resolve the issue but no resolution as come from it. Any help or assistance you could provide would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Zach, I am having the same issues. I can only access my previous account with the inactive service and I am having difficulty logging into a new account.

kuzos, I would be happy to look into this issue for you. I just need you to verify your current service address and closed service address. Can you private message me this information? You can click on my name and then click private message.
