I want to price additional services online but the site won't let me!!

I want to price additional services online but the site won't let me!! It keeps saying that I have to call to get help to complete my order BUT I CANT even see the pricing to compare before I add or "manage plan." Why can't I manage my plan online?

I just found where others are having the SAME Problem PLUS The site won't let me post a reply in this thread! Too bad Comcast Xfinity can't handle the issue and wants to block people from talking about it.
