I've just submitted an order for a new package since my current Internet package ends by September. After that, when I try to access the "manage your plan" from the bottom of account overview page, I get directed to a webpage saying "We’re sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order."
I'm getting the same thing! It's so frustrating. I called the number and spent 25 minutes on the phone with someone from India. I had to have them repeat what they were saying constantly. If you figured out what the problem is, please post. Thanks!
