Error when trying to access my plan details

I've just submitted an order for a new package since my current Internet package ends by September. After that, when I try to access the "manage your plan" from the bottom of account overview page, I get directed to a webpage saying "We’re sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order."

Can anyone solve this for me? Thanks

They told me to try this link, failed.

Then told me to clear cache and cookies, failed. Told him/her I did this with 2 other pc's.

Then told me to contact this number, different than what it displays.

"So in that case what can I do for you , I am going to escalate your concern , We have a dedicated department to handle this issues, you can reach them by calling on 1800-934-6489

I would request you to please call on above number they will help you with your concern"

 

I havent done it yet but if you do, plz tell me the results. Smiley Happy

I'm getting the same thing!  It's so frustrating.  I called the number and spent 25 minutes on the phone with someone from India.  I had to have them repeat what they were saying constantly.  If you figured out what the problem is, please post.  Thanks!
