This issue has been ongoing for over 4 weeks.
I've called Xfinity multiple times to fix this issue, it hasn't been resolved. It was escalated but I never got a call back.
Anytime I click the Shop/Upgrade link I get the screenshot below. I tried Windows 10 / macOS Sierra. I tried Firefox/Chrome/IE/Safari. I connected via home and work internet connections.
