Comcast not responding

I seem to get frequent error messages that "comcast is not responding" and have to recover the web page.

I had the same problem in all of my browsers. What I finally found worked, in FF, was to restart in safe mode with all extensions, temporarily, stopped. After that, I had no more problems. Even when I restarted FF without using safe mode, I still could get into my account and have been able up to a week ago.

I will give it a try.  Things have settled down the last couple of days so I will see if Comcast has done some work that solved the problem.
