Comcast Customer Service is Terrible

I have never experienced the level of incompetence that is common place with Comcast Customer (did) service. I have had an issue still yet to be resolved that starters 25 days ago. Today after a visit to the Customer Service Center in Littleton, it went from bad to worst. Now after 9.5 hours on the phone and having a no-go show on a scheduled appointment, I'm looking at the possibility of legal action and alternative to this terrible service. My suggestion to Comcast is to fire all support personnel and close all means of support. No support would be much better than what is currently provided.
