Cannot view any page other than account preferences, successful login always redirects me there.

I'm having this same issue. I'm not sure why exactly as it just started happening (we were able to pay last month) We did move about 6 months ago so maybe the old account was finally deleted and that caused this issue to arrise? Any help woudl be greatly appreciated!

 

EDIT: Problem solved! I was able to bring this issue up with a chat and they were able to fix this issue. It was indeed because my old account was deleted/inactive so I my login wasn't connected to my "new" account. Even though the switch had occurred over 6 months ago and we only had issues this month.

I have tried calling in to get this issue fixed to no avail, live chat does not work because logging in sends me back to prefrences and putting my info in without login just says 'waiting zero minutes' forever, I have posted in several threads in here about it but not seen a response.  This one seems large with many responses, perhaps this one will finally get it fixed for me?

Hello! I am also trying to pay my bill but nothing is showing up in my account preferences. I also had service at a previous location so it's probably linked up to that old account, too.

Please help! I've had this same problem for months.  Just upgraded services and hoped it would be fixed but still no solution.  Please move both email addresses to the open/active account!

 

I've put in tickets and no reponse.

We are having this problem as well. Local Xfininty store and customer service by phone have not been able to help us. We haven't been able to access our account since October.

Which OS and browser are you using?  The smartphone My Account app can pay account bills.
