Hello, I am also having this same problem.  I only show preferences when singing in, and I can only view my email.

 

I also recently moved and transferred my service and made the mistake of linking my new account to my old one.

I am going to tag along with this thread.  Is there any way to have my "new" account be the only one when I log in, or at least changed to the "Main" account.

 

It is verry annoying and I have tried calling in about it.  They told me to go to my local service center.  They told me to call.  All I did was move.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

 

Appears I have the same issue.  Trying to click 'move or transfer services' link from acct page and the page will not load.  I don't see where I have multiple addresses, but is this the fix I also need?

weird, the page finally loaded after 15 minutes...  I think we're good.

Hi, I've been having the same issue since yesterday. I just moved recently, so that's probably what's causing the problem. Can you unlink my inactive account?
