I am able to successfully log in to comcast.net (given that my username is displayed and I am not getting any errors) but no matter how I try I am always re-directed to the User Settings/Preferences page. I cannot view my bill, services, etc. I have seen other forum posts regarding this issue and it seems my username is probably not linked correctly, as I had a previous account at another service address closed. I have talked with 3 different people now with no success.

I'm having the same issue.  Trying to pay my bill but no matter what, it always sends me back to my "preferences" pages.  Have been on the phone with customer service several times and this still has not been resolved.  Please help!

How can I fix my account I moved 8 months ago and have talked to so many different people with no help that I'm about 2 seconds away from canceling my service. I was told I couldnt take off my old address as if that makes since I haven't lived there since October and have no ties to that property whatsoever but yet it has to remain as my primary residence on my account....

Having the same issue, spend a lot of time with a tech guy asking me about modem and router settings. I knew it was nothing to do with this issue, but the guy is like "hey you should follow my instructions."

Hi there, I have been having the same issue for the past few days. I moved and was able to see info for both addresses but now all I get is the preferences page. Would appreciate your help!
