Cannot pay my bill online

Cannot pay my bill online

When I receive my bill from xfinity via email, it states my amount due, and has a link where I can "View & pay now." However, when I follow the link to my xfinity account online, my "Total balance due" is $0.00. When I click the link to "Make a Payment," I'm taken to a page that has no options for paying my bill (see picture below). Also note that according to my account, I'm not subscribed to any services, which is clearly incorrect, as I'm receiving bills.

 

I'd like to be able to pay my bill online. When I called xfinity directly, I was placed on hold several times, before being told that the problem was noted and would be fixed, then being sent a pamphlet on how to navigate the website, as if the problem is that I don't know how to use the internet correctly.

I have the same problem, I called them and was told that the page was being rebuilt but its been (2) months and the problem is still there. I cannot pay on line through the account log in, I have to call them. And to think they are providing our internet service!
