Cannot access paperless billing page

Cannot access paperless billing page

When I try to visit the page for paperless billing:

 

https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/bill/ecobill

 

I am prevented from proceeding with the following message:

 

Sorry
A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later.

 

This has persisted for several days.

This issue has continued to persist since my last post, for ten days.

This issue has continued to persist for nearly four weeks now. I am starting to believe that this issue will not be resolved.

 

Is there another way to request paperless billing? Perhaps through phone support?
