Can't see video onconcast home page,I can hear though.

Can't see video onconcast home page,I can hear though.

I unstall the flash player, shut my computer down, turned my compauer on re installed fash.  nothing. I can;t hear but I can't see it(home Comcast videos)

Dell tech fix it.  Comcast executive call,me left message I called back and left message , she didn't call me again. Dell install silver light , a Microsoft program (free) and java.

In your browser, ensure that you have no AdBlocking applications/extension enabled.  After disabling, close the browser and then reopen it and see if that helps in viewing the videos with audio.
