Bad timing on ads!

I just read an article on the firemen killed in NY by a crazy gunman, yet there were key words in the article that were links to different advertisers.  Article told that the gunman set his car on fire, link was on "car" for a local car dealer.  Can't remember the word, but it was a link for background checks on people.  With all I pay per month for Comcast, do I really need ads that are untimely in a story?

Re: Bad timing on ads!

It's just basic keyword matching that just looks for key words and doesn't see if it's in context. It's not just a Comcast issue, as many sites do that.
