2 accounts issue

2 accounts issue

Hi,

I seem to have the same issue as many others with two accounts linked after moving which is preventing me from seeing anything more than basic preferences. Could someone assist? Also, I'm moving again today, will I have the same issue again? Is there something I can do to prevent it?

I might be having a similar issue that is preventing me from seeing information like account info. I'm moving today and as part of setting up the connection, I need to authenticate but can't find my account number anywhere.

Hello jacquesvt. I can assist you with your two account issue, and getting your username straightened out. Please send me a private message with your full name, old and new account number, and old and new service address so I assist.
