2 accounts after moving

After moving, I have a new login/password for the new address, but I can still login in with my old account info. It says I have a bill due in both, but they are the same amount... I'm worried I'm being charged twice even though my previous internet service was stopped 2 weeks ago. I want to simplify it all and delete the old account.

Hi MK4713 -- I can help with your account log in. I have removed your user ID from your previous account and linked it with your current account only. Can you sign in to see if it pulls up correctly now? I also wanted to let you know that your previous account does not have amount due on it. As you had setup a service transfer, and amount from your previous address has been moved to your current account.
