2 accounts - Old account ruining experience

2 accounts - Old account ruining experience

After moving a while ago I was left with 2 accounts, as the person I saw in the Xfinity store said the best bet was to merge the accounts.

 

Well, now I have 2 accounts and although they have merged, the old one is still the "main" account. THis means that when I try to use the Xfinity smartphone apps they don't work. I don't get my streaming options, it can't find my DVR for recording, etc.

 

I've looked up and down this website but there doesn't seem to be any options for choosing your "main" account, or removing an old one. Someone help?

Hi phillipkelsey -- I can help with this sign in issue. I have removed your user ID from your previous account and linked it with your current account only. Can you sign in to see if your apps work now?

Hi I am having the same issue. My old account is not allowing me to login to Xfinity wifi. Can you help me with this?
