I have set up auto pay using my cc. this is three months in a row that Comcast emails to report non payment. is there anyone who is able to

I had to reset my computer, and now all my log in/account billing info is gone, but when I try to set up my automatic payment I get this: "Invalid token" message in red. I been trying to set this account up for at least a half an hour!

What's going non??

Hi cjengelke, have you tried on another browser or clearing your cache and cookies?
