Are you serious?  There are posts dating back to atleast August about this issue, like THIS ONE.

It's clear to me that you're doing it in order to hopefully have one of your sales people coerce me into staying with you.  <EDITED for violating Forum Guidelines - Inflammatory Remarks>

 

I initially was going to change my plan because of my promotion period rate will be ending after this month, but after seeing this, I will be out right cancelling my plan.  <EDITED for violating Forum Guidelines - Inflammatory Remarks>
