Two Accounts on Login

I have two accounts on my login, one for an address I haven't lived at in nearly two years but still get emails about every month saying my bill of $0.00 is ready so I was wondering if it was possible to get the older inactive account removed

  • Your first and last name
  • Account number or Phone number on the account
  • The full street address including unit number city state and zip code
