Possible Fraud

I just received email from 

XFINITY My Account" <online.communications@alerts.comcast.net>

You've made a change to your XFINITY account

When I try to log in to my comcast account using my normal user name I can log in just fine but I now see information for an account in Texas ( am I in california)
I spoke to overseas calls center and they could not do anything.
Who can help ?

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
