Manage My Devices & Passes

1.  Why is my device not listed in Manage My Devices & Passes?    This is what I see

 

2.  Who can I complain to about refunds I have not received for Xfinity On Demand Passes that I bought from Xfinty but Xfinty dropped?  After 2hours into my first 30 Day Pass, the pass disappeared.  My last 30 Pass worked from purchase date 6/26/17 until 7/7/17 when Xfinity lost my device in Manage My Devices.  See above photo.
