Looking to downgrade service

I'm finding that my family's use of non-network programming is very limited and I'm looking to downgrade to a internet and basic (local channel) package, however the manage service button doesn't seem to want to let me do that.  I'm currently on a Blast and Digital Preferred package, there seems to be multiple promotions at the moment and the one that stood out as what I wanted is Blast + local channels and starz for $54.99 for 12 months.  I would greatly appreciate if employees could assist in getting me this or a similar package that better meets my needs.

Comcast doesn't allow on-line (i.e., via a website) downgrades or cancellations.You'll need to call them.   Alternatively, one of the employees here may help you.
