Installed new modem last night. Now getting a message that says my plan cant be shown.

Installed new modem last night. Now getting a message that says my plan cant be shown.

I am getting this message above the data usage meter in the devices tab on my account since I installed a new modem. I got a new modem due to my old one being EOL. "We are unable to retrieve your plan info at this time." My plan is supposed to be "Blast"

Everything works fine on my end and the data usage meter works. Just this annoying message.

How do I fix this?

Also my modem is a list of approved devices. This is the error message in a screen shot. I've blocked out my MAC address.
