How to delete old account after relocating/transferring?

I recently moved and asked Comcast to transfer my account to my new address. Now my old account redirects to Wi-Fi on Demand, and I have no way to access any account for my new address. The system says the account number on my paper bill does not exist. I have no way to see or pay my bill online.
