I'm a new Xfinity customer, and I want to pay my bill online. But after I've logged into my account and hit "MY ACCOUNT", the website says "Sorry. A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later."
I had a chat with several agents but none of them was able to successfully solve this issue.
