I logged in to my account on the comcast/xfinity website, did some other stuff without closing the browser, and less than a half hour later, returned to xfinity. It asked for my credentials again. This is my computer which doesn't leave my room. Is there a way to keep it logged in at all?
Hello, amypond. When you log into your account at xfinity.com there should be a box labeled Stay signed in located below the credential fields that you can check to enable this feature. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
This is what I see when I login. (I've blocked out the personal portion of my email) Am I missing something? *confused*
amypond, are you using the same browser on a different device? Perhaps you cleared cache and cookies? This would remove all site data.
I only access Comcast's site on one browser on one device, and haven't cleared cookies or cache. I have https://customer.xfinity.com/#/devices bookmarked. Interestingly, I appear to be logged in for a second but then it redirects me to the login screen shown in the image.
Can you please tell us which web browser and version you are using?
amypond, Just a suggestion here.. I use chrome, and have various comcast sites bookmarked. Have you tried a direct link to the forums for a bookmark? I've found, once in the forums, I can connect to other areas of comcast. Some do require additional sign in authorizations, but the initial forums bookmark should keep you signed in.

It's a good idea. Navigating from the forums, I keep my credentials if I go to my.xfinity.com, but when I go to My Account via the forums or my.xfinity, customer.xfinity.com redirects to login.comcast.net, the page screenshot above.
