Can't manage plan online

I want to see what packages are currently available and if I can save money by getting on a new contract but the website just says

 

We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.

Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help.

 

I don't want to call and have somone try to explain what's available...I want to be able to look at it and compare.

Hello @gergsmash. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that we are working to address. We currently do not have an ETR on the shopping section of our website. In the meantime, I can offer you customer support with going over the service offers available to your account. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.

Seems to be a very common problem. It’s obvious they don’t want informed customers. Seriously considering pulling the plug permanently if this continues. This message has always appeared when I try to look at my account and, from perusing the forums, happens a lot to other customers.
