A page to check what devices need to be returned?

A page to check what devices need to be returned?

Recently just changed my plan and I don't remember what devices I need to return. Without having to resort to calling customer service, because that's often a pain, is there a page on the site to check what devices need to be returned? Rather paranoid about this and don't want to be charged for something I forgot or have to make multiple trips.

Any device you were renting before you changed your plan, if that/those device[s] are no longer needed for your current plan.

Wouldn't the devices listed on this page:  https://customer.xfinity.com/#/devices    tell Nyekun what devices are being used for his/her current plan and which are connected and in use.

Re: A page to check what devices need to be returned?

Changing my xfinity plan, the download speed for my new plan is lower than my previous plan (250mb dl speed to 150), so I had assumed my current modem (Cisco DPC3941T) would have been needing to be replaced but the self install kit I got only had a new TV box.

Would it safe to assume that my current modem doesn't need to be returned and it's only the old TV box that is?  I can't find anywhere that provides any notifications of something needing to be returned.
