activating a new phone and transferring old phone number

I just added Mobile to my XFINITY account.  I am trying to activate and transfer my old number.

I did on line and there was a GLITCH.

I called, they tried and there was a GLITCH. - 4 times.

Now they tell me to wait till tomorrow and I'm not allowed to talk to a supervisor.

Who do I call?  I don't have any number but <violated forums guidelines>..
