I also need help getting my promotional credit.  Tried the message and chat and was told they could not help me and I was given a number to call. Spoke to a rep who kept insisting I could only get the credit if it was samsung phones , when I referenced the email and got insistant was told I was being transferred to Rewards dept and was disconnected.  

9/2 Ordered iPhone 6s , was cancelled

9/9 Ordered another iPhone 6s , was cancelled  ( ComcastKenF helped me at this point )

9/14  Got refunds for both orders and email offer of $200 credit if I placed new order by Saturday, October 14

10/14 Purchased new iPhone 7 ( Purchased at local Xfinity Store - walked out with phone working in hand - "all good" ) was advised by Xfinity rep in store that the credit would appear after 30 days / or after first billing cycle.

I am now in the second billing cycle and need assistance getting to the right person / department that will acknowledge the email that was sent to me and process my $200 credit .
