I am getting the same issue porting my number over from Verizon. Entered in all the information correctly and started activation online over 30 hours ago. Called Xfinity and they said the request to port was sent to Verizon. Called Verizon port center and they said the number had not received a request to port. Now stuck in 6 hour phone queue lines and 70+ chat wait lines. The person who responded to my text at least told me they didn't know how to solve my issue; said they were going to send my issue to the next level of support but no response back for 4+ hours. Anyone solve this issue??

cpalowitch, allow me to check on your port request status. Please send me a private message with your XFINITY account number, last four digits of your card number on file and your full name for help.

I can’t tell you how mad I am with all of this. I have not had any phone for a week now. When I call I have to tell my whole situation over and over and get no where. Porting should not take this long.
