$500 Prepaid Card for Xfinity Internet retention + Mobile

 

I was considering getting Xfinity mobile service. I was ready to sign up when the chat agent told me I are eligible for a $500 prepaid card if I am in good standing as an Xfinity member. He even showed me that I had to have a code to my mobile purchase. I then called and the agent at Xfinity mobile said I did not qualify since I am an existing member. Then I the checked the forums and saw the following:

I cannot see signing up for Xfinity mobile without being given the same credit. I am actually thinking maybe I need to change all of my Comcast services. I am very frustrated am trying to get this promotion added to my account and been getting the run around from comcast/xfinity. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this issue?

 

Current Internet customers in good standing are eligible for a $500 prepaid card if they activate a new XFINITY Mobile account. 

To be eligible for this offer, retention/loyalty agents will add the appropriate offer code to the customer's account and customer must purchase Mobile by 12/4/17. Also includes West division Retail agents. COE Specialists CANNOT add retention promo code but should be aware of the promotion.

 

I called 888-936-4968 few time and spent over 2 hours on the phone without any help.   Comcast keeps transferming me to xfinity mobile dept and they keep transfering me back to comcast.   I am current interent customer and just added mobile account to my account.  I added 1 line on Sept 10 and transferred another one like 2 weeks ago.  I am at point now thinking about disconnecting my mobile service and internet since both department can't help me get this promotion added to my account.   I should be eldible for this offer.

Does Xfinity monitor the forum? I feel that I have a valid complaint and I cannot get any response from Xfinity.

 

Do I need to complain on Twitter?
