My email account is being accessed by people from Nigeria and others. How do I clean up this mess?
They've intercepted messages and replied to them as well as sending me messages in a name from a valid contact.

In this case, the first thing to do if you can still access your account is to sign in and change your password to something stronger than whatever it is right now.  Then run a full scan of your system with your A/V software to see if it can find anything.  You could also call Comcast security and have them look at your account---------------

Comcast Customer Security Assurance-------------------

Normal business hours (6:00 am to 2:00 am EST, 7 days a week)

1 - 888-565-4329

In the event none of that works for you, you can always change the email address.  Post back if you need instructions on how to do that.
