xifinity wifi activation screen

When I touch the screen to go to my homepage (aol.com), the xfinity activation page comes up and I have to type the address of my homepage. The darn activation page won't go away, and when I choose a site from a drop down menu, I always end up with the Activation page...help via a chat with an agent couldn't help me.

Call 1-800- comcast and try asking the rep to *roll and re-provision* the modem, and to confirm that the provisioning and your account data in their database is correct and complete.

If still no joy, call 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to *roll and re-provision* the modem. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete.
