xfinity emails going to incorrect email address

xfinity emails going to incorrect email address

I am getting emails from xfinity regarding my protection agreement. They are being sent to an icloud address even though I looked into my account preferences (I'm the primary user), and my preferred email is a comcast address. I would like to remove this icloud address-- I must have included it as an alternative email at some time. How do I find out why this is happening?
