xfinity email

I have been unable to access my email on my home computer for 2 days. All it does is clock. I can access through my ipad. Can someone tell me how to resolve?

Try clearing the Browser Cache

Do you have your iPad set to leave copies if email on the Servers?  Check your settings.

Also, check your SAFE LIST settings in Xfinity Connect and make sure it us not on,  To do:

Sign in with your Primary

Click on My Account

Click on tgevUsers and Settings tab

Click on the Username not getting email

Click on Email Settings

Scroll down to SAFE LIST.  If it us ON, the button will be green.  Click to turn it off.


When the Safe List us on, the ONLY email that comes through us the email addresses listed in Safe  List.  ALL other email us automatically discarded.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
