whitelist a domain

I have a website that is unable to send e-mails to me. They said they had to be whitelisted with other service providers, so I was checking to see if you can please whitelist projectangelheart.org?

Thanks,

Re: whitelist a domain

There is no Whitelist feature in Comcast email per se.  But you can call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue in place for the domain in question due to prior spam issues-------------------

You might also check your Spam folder settings. In My Account / Users & Preferences / (userid) / Email Settings, if "Spam filtering" is On, then "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" should be checked as well. If it isn't, mail marked as spam will be discarded and won't show up in your Spam folder.
