where did the topic  " favorites "  go, thatwas listed in the top tool bar.  Windows 7

Where are my favorites that were on the top bar on xfinity page? Not happy customer!!

Favorites and bookmarks are a browser specific feature. Comcast does not put it there nor do they make it disappear.

 

If you are using Internet Explorer it is easy to get it back.

 

Put your cursor in  an empty spot just above the address bar.

 

RIGHT click.

 

Then click MENU BAR.

 

OR if you have TOOLS at the top of the page click TOOLS, then TOOLBARS/MENU BAR.

 

If you use a different browser please let us know which one.
