website redirects to xfinity activation

Whenever I go to certain web pages, I am redirected to the xfinity activation website.  This happens on all devices connected to my home network.  I am already activated.  How do I get this redirecting to stop.

First try clearing your browser's cache / history / cookies. If no joy, call 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to *roll and re-provision* the modem. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete.

Yes.  Same thing is happening to me when I power on.  I am a new customer as of last night.  Can't get through to anyone real at Comcast, and there is not a link to this problem on the support page.  Not a big problem just kind of annoying.

Glad to hear it worked for somebody. I hate Xfinity.

P.S. - Resetting the browser to default settings worked. It took hours to find the simple solution and live chat support was no help at all.
